Search Marketing Is Easier Than You Think

"That was easy."

I speak to lots of small business people and many of them have the same concerns. They understand their customers and they understand their products, but they don't know how to put that knowledge to work in Internet marketing, particularly search marketing. I was reminded of this yet again recently when I sat next to an old-time business owner after a recent speaking engagement. If you want to know what I told him, check out my latest post on Search Engine Guide, "Search Marketing Is Easier Than You Think."

Indeed most business owners feel overwhelmed by the information available out there online about marketing their businesses without realizing that only the medium has changes not the people you are trying to reach.
Telling the story just like you suggested to your client is certainly much more easier because you are now talking about something you are passionate about without trying hard to make a sales pitch.
