Multiply Marketing Effectiveness Despite Division of Labor

As soon as you hire your first employee, you have to divide up the work--experts call this division of labor. The efficiencies gained through this specialization are vital to any growing business, but they come at some marketing cost, because marketing effectiveness is often affected by division of labor.
