Two Apperances on Tuesday

Coming up Tuesday, I am making two appearances—one in a free Webinar and one at the Enterprise Search Summit in New York.

At 2 pm, log on to the KMWorld Magazine Webinar to hear What Can Librarians Teach Enterprises About Information Access? Join me and several other panelists in this free Webinar to learn how library science can change your approach to knowledge management.

At 4:45 pm at the Enterprise Search Summit, conference, I'll do a 30-minute session called Concentrate on Content. If you're frustrated with your site search results but you know your search technology is OK, you must get past blaming the search engine.
